About the 2025 Madrid World Triathlon Technical Officials Level 3A Seminar:

The course is invitational based on eligibility requirements and it will be running according to the New Certification Program, where Level 3 officials are separated to Level 3a and Level 3b. And Level 3B is delivered online.

Important Dates:

   - 13 Nov 2025: Arrival (Afternoon/evening)

   - 14 - 16 Nov 2025: Seminar

   - 16 Nov 2025: Departure (Late afternoon/evening)

About the World Triathlon Technical Level 3 Education Program:

The L3 is a 3-day course, and covers World Triathlon Series venue and technical operations, Olympic policies and procedures, Para triathlon operations, team relay operations, communication strategies among TOs, athletes and coaches, and sustainability.

Airport Pick-ups:

It will be provided by the hotel. Upon your arrival, please look for the BUS STOP HOTELS designated area, where the driver will meet you. It would help if you looked for a white minivan with the logo “ Hotel Amura”. I am attaching an airport terminal map for each terminal with the location of the bus stops.
