About the 2024 Subic Bay World Triathlon Technical Officials Level 1 Seminar:

 All candidates must take the World Triathlon Technical Officials Community Level E-Seminar (it is a self-study seminar over a time period of approx. 2 weeks).
 Candidates who will not finish the required material of the e-seminar will not be eligible for L1.
 Candidates are preferred previous experience in officiating in local events.
 Candidates are preferred to understand english (writing, speaking, reading)
 Important note: Priority will be given to other SEA countries as PHI has a sufficient number of TOs.

About the World Triathlon Technical Officials Level 1 Education
The one-day and a half course provides the participants with the theoretical and practical training required to make them capable of officiating at National Events as a Technical Delegate and at Continental events as a Technical Official.

A note on gender equity:
World Triathlon is dedicated to providing equal opportunities to both genders in all aspects. World Triathlon Development has the gender quota (minimum 25% of the participants must be female) at Technical Officials Level 1 courses. If the 25% minimum is not obtained, the number of participants must be reduced until it is attended.
