About the course

Introduction
The 2021 Hatsukaichi Asia Triathlon - World Triathlon Athletes’ Para E-Course will focus on developing the theoretical and mental aspects for the athletes - especially in times like these. Moreover, this development opportunity will target something which has not been occasionally addressed for athletes. “Passion”. Explain its importance, how and why it should be handled with care. This material will be based on the book of Steve Magness, who coaches some of the world’s top distance runners and Brad Stulberg, who writes, coaches and speaks on health and human performance. Moreover, coach Eugene Lee will also deliver theoretical related aspects in the sport. Lectures will address different topics related to training and an intro to developing good mental welfare & high traits of emotional intelligence.

Details
This online activity will be open for the para-triathletes who are taking part in the championship and also outside the championships.
Each lecture will be in total of 2hrs done as following: 45min - 15min break - 45min - 15min wrap up (total: two hours). Lectures will start at 17:00 (Korea Local Time).
The activities will be delivered using an online platform (Zoom).
