Brief description of the project
The purpose of this team is to give talented athletes, aged 18-23 and coming from NFs in category 2 and 3, the opportunity to race a Europe Triathlon elite event in order to be able to gain points for the World Triathlon / Europe Triathlon ranking. They will function as a team and Europe Triathlon will provide a coach. Europe Triathlon will pay for the travel and accommodation of the athletes and Europe Triathlon coach. The personal coaches are invited as well, but on their own expenses.

Selection criteria
Athletes must have shown their capacities during previous events (Junior European Championships or Cups, elite European Cups and U23 Championships) and/or on tests that show they have the capacity to race in Europe Triathlon elite events.
