About the 2026 Hong Kong World Triathlon Technical Officials Level 3A Seminar:

The course is invitational based on eligibility requirements and it will be running according to the New Certification Program, where Level 3 officials are separated to Level 3a and Level 3b. And Level 3B is delivered online.

Important Dates:

• 1 Oct 2026: Arrival
• 2-4 Oct 2026: Seminar
• 4 Oct (evening/night) - 5 Oct 2026: Departure

About the World Triathlon Technical Level 3 Education Program:

The L3 is a 3-day course, and covers World Triathlon Series venue and technical operations, Olympic policies and procedures, Para triathlon operations, team relay operations, communication strategies among TOs, athletes and coaches, and sustainability.

• Public Transport to the Hong Kong Sports Institute: Take the MTR East Rail Line to the Fo Tan station, then take Exit A and follow the sign to the covered footbridge (next to the Fo Tan Railway House) which will lead to the HKSI Main Entrance (about 5 minutes' walk).
