Eligibility and participation
The course is invitational based on eligibility requirements and it will be running according to the New Certification Program, where Level 3 officials are separated to Level 3a and Level 3b.

Level 3a: 8-11 September

Departure:    11 September (after lunch) Sunday

Level 3b: 7-11 September
Arrival:        7 September (Wednesday)
