“I’ve gained much more structure in how I plan, deliver, and reflect on sessions. The course helped me understand key coaching behaviors, how to give clearer cues, and how to create sessions with a purpose instead of just “activities.” It was also very valuable to observe the behavior and coaching styles of the other coaches — I learned a lot from watching how they communicate, organize sessions, and interact with athletes.” Sarka Vasirova
