Bike: 80km( partly 2 laps) / Flat / Between 15km piont and 30km point is slight hill ; 5 % degree  
Run: 20km(2 laps) / Totally Flat

Standard Distance(Age Group) : Swim 1.5km, Bike 40km,  Run 10km
