2009 MEKONG RIVER INTERNATIONAL MULTISPORT ITU ASIAN CUP

1. Friday 27 March 2009: Buddy Bike & Run and Aquathlon
2. Saturday 28 March 2009: Duathlon Asian Cup Series / Duathlon World Cup Series
3. Sunday 29 March 2009: Triathlon ITU Asian Cup

Events:
1. Buddy Bike & Run: 20 km. 
2. Aquathlon: Swim 1.5 k.m. + Run 5 k.m.
3. Duathlon Asian Cup Series/ World Cup Series:
    - Standard Distance: Run 10 km. + Bike 40 km. + Run 5 km.
    - Sprint Distance: Run 5 km. + Bike 20 km. + Run 2.5 km.
4. Triathlon ITU Asian Cup:
    - Olympic Triathlon: Swim 1.5 k.m. + Bike 40 k.m. + Run 10 k.m.
    - Sprint Triathlon: Swim 750 m. + Bike 20 k.m. + Run 5 k.m.

Categories of Competition both Triathlon and Duathlon:
1. Elite men & Women
2. Elite U23 Men & Women
3. Elite Jr. Boys & Jr. Girls
4. Age Grouper:
  (4.1) Olympic distance
      - Men 19 - 29 yrs., 30 - 39 yrs., 40 - 49 yrs., 50 - 59 yrs., 60 yrs and over
      - Women 19 - 29 yrs., 30 yrs and over
  (4.2) Sprint distance
      - Jr. Boys 13 - 18 yrs., Men Open
      - Jr. Girls 13 - 18 yrs., Women Open
Entry fee: Baht 500 for olympic distance age grouper., Baht 400 for sprint distance agr grouper. Your entry fee can be paid at the Race Office in the Morning of Thrusday 26 for Aquathlon and Byddy buke & Run Race, Friday 27 for Duathlon ,Saturday 28 for Triathlon
