Cycling course is flat and runs through the city centre where the cyclists will have to do a seven loop of 6km which makes it to 42km ride.
The run course is also flat and runs through residential area and is a four loop circuit of 2.5km

16th November at the Municipal Hall-4pm

Event Schedule

10:00am athletes assemble at the Fort Jesus Museum.
11:00am athletes check in at Transition One/Two.
11:30am athletes are taken to the start venue which is 1.5km from T1. It will be a down flow swim with the ocean currents to the Transition area.
12:00Noon Elite Men start
12:10pm Elite Women start
12:20pm age group start.
