Visa requirements:
if you need a visa invitation letter, please email our office on info@zsports.co.za.
Full Name / Gender / Date of Birth (yyyy-mm-dd) / Nationality / Passport Number / Occupation / In which city apply

Notes:
1. All information must match the passport.
2. The expiry date of the passport must be at least 6 months ago.
3. Visa invitations will be provided based on the information provided, with which you will be able to apply for the visa easily and quickly.
4. Applications must be via your official email NF, or your name must appear in the ITU Platform entries system.
5. Please let us know if you need a separate letter for each athlete or team letter

The final schedule and time tables will be published on the official event website https://www.zsports.co.za/africatri and facebook page https://www.facebook.com/africatriathlon with a broadcast only WhatsApp Group available for all athletes and coaches to join to be notified of all event aspects and/or changes to the official program and activities at the event (https://chat.whatsapp.com/JMy1mOebhjqJZ72Br6Q0ye).

* 22 March 2025 (Swakopmund, Namibia)
* 5/6 April 2025 (Nelson Mandela Bay, South Africa)

* Awarded over and above the normal event prize money.
