A look at best safety practices during running

This week, we transition from the bike to the run in the last chapter of the Essential Triathlon Training Tips. This week’s video is loaded with helpful tips on remaining injury free and staying safe while running.

The run is often a training area susceptible to producing injuries due to the pounding nature it can have on your body. But there are several things you can do to offset the impact of logging miles on the road.
