Airport Transfers (official)

• Prague (Václav Havel Airport) → Karlovy Vary: 11–13 Sep, daily 08:00–20:00
• Karlovy Vary → Prague (Václav Havel Airport): 15–17 Sep, daily 05:00–20:00
• Approx. travel time: ~2 hours
• Partner bus line free for elite athletes and coaches (capacity limited), extra team member €10 / one-way
• In case of flight delays, free seats in next transfer not guaranteed
• To secure free transfer, email flight info to transfer@citytriathlon.cz by 31 Aug 2025
• Private transfer anytime: 1–3 persons €140, 4–7 persons €180 (also from/to Karlovy Vary, Nuremberg, Dresden, Hof)

City Public Transport

• A Citybus card or tickets are required for city travel (except airport transfers)
• LOC provides venue transport at specific times (see Shuttle)

Shuttle – Race Weekend

• Dates: Saturday 13 Sep and Sunday 14 Sep (free)
• Route & interchange: Theatre Square (T2) ⇄ funicular ⇄ Imperial (bus waits) ⇄ Lake Rolava (T1)
• ~20 minutes one way

Walking / Cycling – Shortest Routes T1 ↔ T2

• Several shortest routes exist between Lake Rolava (T1) and Theatre Square (T2)
• Recommended to publish a map/link according to LOC guidance

There are plenty of options in Karlovy Vary. For convenience, we are recommending to look for apartments as well, as they are usually better equipped for stay with bikes
