Visas application

From 1 Jan 2018, Citizens of all countries are allowed to get visa upon arrival without prior application. You can get your visas at Kigali Airport on your arrival or you can make your request to the Rwandan embassy in your residency country.  Be sure that your passport is valid for more than 6 months. The visa fees must not exceed 30 USD for single entry visa.

All letter visa requests must be made before 20th June 2019 , Age group managers are required to provide a list of qualified athletes who require visa letters.

Details required:
• Full name
• Date of Birth
• Role ( Athlete; Coach ; Medical; Media etc) 
• National Federation • Country of Residency
• Passport Number , Issue Date and Expiry Date
• Arrival and Departure Details ( Date and Times and where possible flight Numbers)

We will provide you with an official visa letter within 48 Hours of receiving the email. This letter is to be presented with the passport and the required documents for visas to the Rwandan embassy in your residency country or on your arrival.
