There are races for Age Groupers, Sprint and Novice Distance.
This is the venue for the 2014 Commonwealth Games and also part of the British Triathlon Super Series.
Event also hosts the British Elite Triathlon Championships

Distances: Swim: 1500m Bike: 37.2km; Run: 10km
Start Mechanism:
Pontoon Start; Two laps, exiting after the first

Swim course:
Water temperature: 13 C Number of laps: 2 in Lake

Bike Course:
Number of laps: 7
Out and back course, undulating with some short steep climbs. Pass through transition each lap.

Run Course:
Number of laps: 3
Undulating with some short steep climbs. Out and back course using same road as bike course. Last cyclist first runner scenario to be used.
