The invitation letters for a Visa application are issued by the Spanish Triathlon Federation.
Please send the below information along with the passport photo to Alicia Garcia I alicia.garcia@triatlon.org and Lourdes Lopez I lourdes.lopez@triatlon.org

- Nationality and country of residence: 
- Date of Birth (day/month/year):
- Passport number:
- Passport expiry date: 
- Arrival/Departure to/from Spain (date, times and where possible flight numbers): 
- Role in the event: (ie. Elite/U23, Junior, Para or Age-Group athlete, NF Coach/Team Manager, NF Medical Team, Media, etc.)
