• airport-athletes' village (to/from)
• venue-athletes' village (to/from) at specific times.

 

ACCOMMODATION

TWG Athlete Village A = Tianfu International Hotel Complex

 

Athletes

The accommodation is covered by the LOC in the TWG Athlete Village A (Tianfu International Hotel Complex) as per the arrival and departure dates:

• Arrival: Monday 11 August 2025
• Departure: Monday 18 August 2025 or earlier if you do not participate to 2x2 Mixed Relay

If you want to arrived earlier or leave later, you will need to see the availabilities directly with the LOC. Cost will be covered by the athletes for the extra days

Note that athletes will be grouped in twin rooms.

 

Team Officials

The Team Officials (coaches) accommodation is not part of the IF commitment so the costs are covered by the NF/NOC. During the operation period of TWG Villages, accommodation services will be provided to IF Extra Team Officials who have completed the accreditation and the payment according to TWG 2025 Chengdu-Accreditation Packages against Fee per Night/Day. Accommodation will not be provided on days that are not listed in the General Schedule of Duathlon. IF Extra Team Officials will be arranged to stay in single or double rooms from the remaining accommodation capacity of TWG Villages. If rooms in both TWG Village Zones A and B are fully occupied, they will be arranged to stay in other hotels provided by the Chengdu ExCo.

• Delegations with 1-2 athletes can have 1 team official/support
• Delegations with 3+ athletes can have 1 team official/support

 

TWG 2025 Chengdu Accreditation Packages Against Fee per Night/Day

Extra Team Officials (IF) must pay for their accommodation and some on-site services, depending on their category. Accreditation will only be delivered on site on D-day if payment has been made in advance (the procedure will be communicated in due course).

Accreditation - Option 1 - IF Extra Team Official - Athlete Village (A or B) accommodation in single or double room with breakfast, access to Games zones according to participant’s specific role, Opening and Closing ceremonies march in and access in a dedicated seating area, F&B, local transport and airport transfers CNY 726.00 per night per person.

 

EXTENDED STAY
There may be capacities for early arrival or late departure if you wish depending on availabilities. Please contact the LOC team for non-competition related issues to put forward your requests.

 

Stay outside village
Delegations can opt to stay outside the Athletes’ village at their own cost. Full board and transportation from/to the Athletes’ Village are only provided to participants staying in the village.
