Update 21 August - **  TRAVEL - Early arrivals in Harare on Wednesday 22nd September can be planned - overnight stay in Harare will be necessary - costs for Athlete account contact LOC before making flight bookings

It is RECOMMENDED that all flights booked MUST arrive by 1300 on THURSDAY 23RD SEPTMBER and departures on MONDAY 27TH SEPTEMBER to coincide with PCR testing timetables.
A PCR test must be carried out 48 hours prior to travel - please check with your airline on specific requirements. 
COMPULSORY PRE-FLIGHT PCR tests will be done by every athlete/coach/manager at the venue PRIOR to departure back to Harare on Sunday 26th September - BUDGET USD 60 PER PERSON

OVERNIGHT STAY in Harare on SUNDAY 26TH SEPTEMBER WILL BE NECESSARY to coincide with PCR testing.  Overnight stay will be for athlete’s account - please contact LOC and Athlete Liaison to reserve room at partner African Sun Monomatapa Hotel (athletes kept in bio-bubble environment) - rates USD 75 single B&B / USD 90 twin (2 people sharing) B&B per night - hotel transfer to Harare International Airport USD 15 per person

FREE bus transfers in sanitized and spacious vehicles from Harare airport to venue on Thursday 23rd September - Return from venue to Harare overnight accommodation on Sunday 26th September and to Harare International Airport on Monday 27th September

Expect a 3-4 hour journey by road to venue.  Bikes are transported in secure, closed trucks and travel in convoy with the transfer coach to venue

Return transfer will depart from venue on SUNDAY 26TH SEPTEMBER 1000am following completion of compulsory PCR testing.  Athlete Liaison Catherine Jennings will confirm departure time.

BLUE SWALLOW TIMESHARE UNITS at Troutbeck Inn Resort, Nyanga, Zimbabwe

As a more cost effective option for NF’s all JUNIOR ATHLETES AND COACHES will be accommodated in the Blue Swallow Timeshare Units on a FULL BOARD BASIS.  Please refer to the Athletes Guide for comprehensive information on the units

The units are situated on site - junior athletes from different countries will be accommodated in shared separate units i.e. FEMALE units and MALE units.  Coaches/Managers from different countries will also share separate units (Male coaches and Female coaches)

Each unit sleeps 6 people (maximum 8 sleeping on mattresses.  There is 1 double-bed bedroom and 2 twin bedded rooms in each unit

All meals will be prepared and served by our dedicated caterers and includes breakfast, mid morning tea time snacks, lunch, afternoon teatime snacks, dinner.  All bottled water and juices are included.
Special dietary requirements are catered for i.e. lactose/gluten intolerance etc., - please advise LOC in advance

The package cost will cover 3 nights accommodation please all meals and snacks from Thursday night until departure from venue on Sunday morning
