CITY TRIATHLON’s new official partner for accommodation is a group named AXXOS Hotels & Resorts that runs number of hotels in Karlovy Vary. For competitors of CITY TRIATHLON Karlovy Vary 20185 ETU European Cup we offer special prices for double rooms with breakfast in following hotels:

Hotel Palace Atlantic 5*, located 650m from the Transition no.2 and the finish area of the race, 120 EUR, http://www.atlantic-palace.cz

Hotel Olympia 4, located 1000m from the Transition no.2 and the finish area of the race, 100 EUR, http://www.olympiahotel.cz

Hotel Golf Resort Cihelny 4*, located 16km from the Transition no.2 and the finish area of the race, 80 EUR http://www.golfresortcihelny.cz

Hotel Aqua Marina 4*, located 500m from the Transition no.2 and the finish area of the race, 100 EUR, http://www.aquamarina.cz

The competitors and their accompaniment have free entry to wellness area (pool, sauna, whirpool..) and discount of 20% for massage etc. at the hotels mentioned above. Every competitor has to make the reservation by herself/himself according to following instructions:

1.    A competitor sends request for a booking to email: sales@axxos.cz There must be abbreviation of particular hotel in the subject of the mail! Abbreviation: OLP (Olympia), ATL (Atlantic), AM (Aqua Marina), GRC (Golf Resort Cihelny)
2.    The competitor will be contacted by competent worker of booking services. He/she receives booking confirmation including pre-authorization form for credit card.
3.    Once the competitor sends data of his/her credit card a cost for first night (booking deposit) will be booked. When the competitor cancels the booking later then 48 hours before check-in the booking deposit will not be return (cancelation fee).
4.    The competitor is obligated to inform when he/she wants to have a bicycle in his/her room. He/she has to pay 10EUR per bicycle per day (there will be a foil under the bicycle provided by Axxos)
5.    The competitor is obligated to pay for any damage in the room according hotel’s price list
6.    Check–in – the competitor pays the rest of accommodation costs
7.    Check–out – the competitor pays for any consummation of minibar and other service usage

We don´t provide Homestay.
