1:00 pm Elite bike course tour from the Dolphins Fountain.
1:30 pm Press briefing at the Rotary Arts Centre. 
2:00 pm Press Conference at the Rotary Arts Centre. 
5:00 pm Pre-race Briefing for Elites at Prospera Place Arena (coaches welcome). Race Numbers for Elites available only at Pre Race Meeting. Must pay entry fee ($52.50CAN) at this time.

SATURDAY - AUGUST 16
5:00 pm Pasta Dinner at Boston Pizza 545 Hwy 97. While this is open to the public, Boston Pizza is our sponsor and is providing great food at very reasonable prices.

SUNDAY, AUGUST 17
8:00 am Elite Lounge/Tent opens in Prospera Athlete’s Village.
11:30 am Elite Race (female) from Tugboat Beach.  Start times will be confirmed at the pre-race meeting.
1:00 pm Elite Race (male) from Tugboat Beach. Start times will be confirmed at the pre-race meeting.
2:30 pm Awards Ceremony for Elites - After results are signed off by Race Officials, awards will begin at the Awards Area next to the Tree Brewing Beer Garden.
