International Astana Airport;
In case of no direct flight to Astana from your country, you can take a flight to Astana via Almaty.
Local airport Kokshetau (flights from Moscow, Almaty)

To get Visa support letter from MFA costs about 40 USD per person. (Besides this amount the visa fee is paid by you at the Embassy of Kazakhstan in your country or at the airport of arrival to Kazakhstan in case of airport visa). For the countries where there is no Kazakhstan embassy we will arrange visa at the airport, and it also requires you to send us your personal information in advance to the Visa support letter. For those who apply for airport visa the flights of arrival and departure MUST NOT be changed after we apply with your data to the MFA, otherwise you will not be able to enter the country.

The Organization Committee provides local transportation by bus from Astana Airport to Burabay – about 2 hours
Price of local transportation: 30 USD per person one way from Astana Airport to Burabay. 

The cost is 65 USD per person per night, breakfast included.
YOG race: The Organizing Committee provides board and lodging for 1 boy and 1 girl plus 1 official from each country-member of ASTC for 3 nights.
Junior race: The Organization Committee provides board and lodging for 1 junior man and 1 junior woman from each country-member of ASTC for 3 nights. 1 official from each country-member of ASTC is provided for 3 nights only if his team brings 3 junior athletes one of them junior woman. In other cases the stay of the official will not be covered.
