Accommodation & Catering
All delegations will stay at the Agrigento Hotel (3 star-hotel). The CISCA delegation of will be lodged in a 4 star-hotel. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served at the hotels. Moreover, if requested, a lunch box will be provided.

The CISCA delegation will have their meals at the same hotel. In addition, an office will be supplied for the CISCA delegations. There will be a phone and a fax machine open to international call, computer with internet access and printer.

The judges will be accommodated at different 3 star-hotels. They will have their meals at the same hotel.

The delegations will be transferred from Atatürk Airport in Istanbul. From Istanbul, the transfers will be provided by sea buses to the hotels in Erdek. For departure of the delegations, the same process will be followed.

Local transfers will be provided by the Erdek Municipality. On the race days and for the opening and closing ceremonies the delegations will be taken from and to the hotels and to and from the competition venue.

Cars will be provided for the CISCA delegates.
