Russia’s Victor Chebotarev was born and raised in the city of Rostov-on-Don. Graduating from the Rostov regional school of the Olympic reserve, Academy of Physical culture and sport of Southern Federal University, he studied at the Institute of Physical Culture and Sport of DGTU. Professionally engaged in a parathriathlon since 2016, A successful 2019 season saw Chebotarev victorious at WPS Milan and the Alanya World Cup.
