China seals stunning Asian Games with Triathlon Mixed Relay gold
China claimed triathlon mixed relay gold at the 2026 Asian Games in Aichi-Nagoya, with Xinyu Lin setting a strong pace on leg one before handing off with a 39-second lead. Hong Kong China's Oscar Coggins delivered the race's fastest overall leg to push his team into contention, while Japan briefly took the lead before China secured victory. The top four teams remained separated by less than 39 seconds throughout the competitive race.
