Are you passionate about the elite competition and ready to dive into the heart of an international sport? World Triathlon is looking for a meticulous and tech-savvy Sport Department Intern to join our Results Department in Madrid, Spain. This unique part-time role is designed for a dedicated individual available from Friday to Monday, covering the peak action of race weekends from April 1 to September 30, 2026. If you have an excellent command of English, a sharp eye for detail, and the drive to ensure the world’s best triathletes see their achievements reflected with 100% accuracy in our global systems, we want to hear from you.

Function: Intern – Sport Department
Activity level: part-time 50% (Friday to Monday, including weekends)
Location: Spain, Madrid
Period: 1-April to 30-September 2026 (6 months)
Compensation: to be agreed

MISSION
- Provide support to the Results section of the Sport Department

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Sport Results
• Contact emails between Technical Delegates, Head Referees, Local Organizing Committee and all related parties for World Triathlon events
• Check, upload and follow-up results in the World Triathlon systems
• Quality control and updating different Sport Department databases
• Support entries flow.

EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCES
- Fluent in English
- Excellent command of MS Office and IT tools
- Knowledge of sport
- Strong work ethic and attention to quality and detail
- Precision, speed and accuracy in performing tasks
