TriathlonLive is lining up the ultimate season of racing for fans in 2026, partnering with PTO to bring free, global T100 World Tour racing alongside a massive World Triathlon Championship Series that sees the first LA28 qualification points awarded, all available on the platform’s new-look app.
After record‑breaking audiences tuned in last year, 2026 steps it up again with a brand-new mobile experience and more races than ever before, all delivered live and direct or on-demand via web browser, IOS and Android apps and Apple and Google TV.
Kicking off on Australia’s iconic Gold Coast on 21 March, the year’s entire T100 Tour will now be available with a free TriathlonLive registration, as PTO moves its full catalogue of races to the platform. The 2026 World Triathlon Championship Series - the final edition of the WTCS before next year’s renaming to T50 - adds spectacular new venues in London (UK), Quiberon (France) and what will now be the first Series race of the year in Samarkand (Uzbekistan), all building towards the Championship Finals Pontevedra on 27 September. The first LA28 qualification points will also be on the line at WTCS Alghero on 30 May.
'TriathlonLive has always been the ultimate destination for our community, and this partnership further cements it as the one-stop shop for triathlon lovers worldwide,” said Antonio Arimany, World Triathlon President. “It is the place to watch high-quality live events from every corner of our sport, as well as an incredible library of on-demand and exclusive content. By bringing the T100 Tour to the platform, we are providing fans with a seamless experience to follow the best athletes in the world across all distances and formats.'
“By partnering with World Triathlon to stream T100 on TriathlonLive, we’re beginning the process of unifying our live pro content under one home,” said PTO CEO Sam Renouf. “We’re keeping T100 free-to-watch, but hope that fans of the sport will see the value in subscribing to the platform to get to know the short course racing and athletes who will become the stars of T50 in 2027.”
Free World Cup racing coming up in March
Live coverage begins with the Para Series Devonport (13 March) and the first two World Cups of 2026 in Lanzarote (14 March) and Haikou (21 March) all streamed outside of the paywall and available to anyone registered with a free account.
With the postponement of WTCS Abu Dhabi, the 2026 Series will now get up and running at WTCS Samarkand on 26 April, available to watch with an Annual or Monthly subscription or Race Pass.
Subscribers also gain access to every stop on the World Triathlon Cup circuit as it takes in 18 breathtaking destinations worldwide, from Rio de Janeiro to Rome, there will be action from the Para Triathlon Series and Para World Championships, as well as the Multisport World Championships, select Continental Cups, supertri and long-running favourite Challenge Roth.
New commentary teams confirmed
The duo who brought the 2025 World Championship Finals Wollongong to life, Australia’s Will McCloy and Belinda Granger, return to the microphones to call the full Series in 2026. Will remains the familiar voice behind supertri, while Belinda – long‑time caller of Challenge Roth – will be joined by Great Britain’s 2018 World Champion Vicky Holland for September’s WTCS Karlovy Vary.
Across the World Cup circuit, fans will be guided through every twist and turn by the expert pairing of Trevor Harris and another former World Champion, Helen Jenkins, alongside fellow Olympian Gillian Sanders and Ollie Wilson.
