From November 19th to 21st, there was ITU Level 1 & 2 Technical Officials Seminar at the Incheon Songdo Bridge Hotel in Korea. The level 1 seminar is one day course, and 30 local TOs took part in the seminar. Most of them are active NTOs having diverse experiences in officiating at the many events. As for Level 2 TO course, 32 participants from 7 countries took the course to learn about triathlon officiating knowledge and to share their experiences for 2 days. At the end of the course every participants are surprised by the fact that how close they became. They get over the language barrier and cultural difference through group work.

As the presenters, Thanos Nikopoulos ( ITU Technical Operations manager) and Omar A Bakar ( ITU facilitator) expressed that they were satisfied with the atmosphere which all participants worked together as a team.
Also Mr. Les McDonald, ITU honorary president, attend as a special guest to deliver the ITU history, legacy, and Olympic Movement to participants.
