Let’s face it, training for a triathlon can be challenging!
When you push your body to the limit physically and emotionally everyday, sometimes things can just go wrong. You can find yourself training day after day after day and sometimes feel like you are never going to get out of this “triathlon slump!”
So today, in honour of Groudhog Day and Punxutawney Phil seeing his shadow, which “guarantees” a lot of the world will have six more weeks of winter, we asked on Twitter for some advice on how to get back in the swing of things when it comes to training if you ever find yourself in your own personal “Bill Murray” type rut.
Here are some of our favourites that we hope will give you some much-needed inspiration!
