Thursday 19 September 2024 :

8am to 5pm : athletic training at Stade Athlétisme du Parc Omnisport

11am to 3pm : swimming pool training at Stade Aquatique de Vichy

6 pm : Age Group managers’ briefing at Tour des juges

Friday 20 September 2024 :

11am to 3pm : swimming pool training at Stade Aquatique de Vichy

1pm to 8pm : Race package pick-up (sprint and standard distance) and opening of the exhibition village at Palais du Lac

3pm to 5pm : athletic training at Stade Athlétisme du Parc Omnisport

4pm to 9pm : Bike Check-In - AG Sprint Distance at the transition zone (in front of Palais du Lac)

3.30 am to 4.30 am : Elite and Para swim course familiarisation at Start Area (in front of Palais du Lac)

5pm to 5.50 pm : Registration Elites at Palais du Lac

6pm to 7pm : Athletes’ Briefing - Elite in the Sport Center’ Amphitheatre

7pm to 8pm : Opening ceremony with parades of the nations through the town, followed by a vin d’honneur at the arrival for AG managers -
Departure from Palais du Lac and arrival Théâtre de Verdure

8pm to 10pm : Pasta party in the Palais du Lac

Saturday 21 September 2024 :

7am to 9am : swimming pool training at Stade Aquatique de Vichy

7.15 am : Bike course familiarisation, Elite

7.30 am : Run Course Measurement, Elite

7.45 am to 9.00 pm : Opening of the Fan’zone (be carefull ! it’s important to book places in fan’zone on website of organisation)

9.00 am to 9.00 pm : Race package pick-up (standard distance only) and opening of the exhibition village

7.45 am to 1pm: Sprint distance triathlon for age groups (5 starts - 7.45am, 8.45 am, 9.45 am, 10.45 am, 11.45)

10.30 am to 11.20 am : Registration Paratriathlon at Palais du Lac

11.30 am to 12.30 0am : Athletes’ Briefing - Paratriathlon

12.00 am to 2.00 pm : athletic training at Stade Athlétisme du Parc Omnisport

1.45 pm to 3.45 pm : Elite Women’s Standard Distance Triathlon

4.15 pm to 6.15 pm : Elite Men Standard Distance Triathlon

6.30 pm to 6.45 pm : Medal ceremony, Elite at the finish line

6.30 pm to 7.00 pm : Para bike course familiarisation

7.00 pm to 10.00 pm : bike check-in AG standard distance

8.00 pm to 10.00 pm : Medal ceremony, AG sprint distance and Muzik Avenue spectacle at Palais du Lac

10.30 pm : fireworks from the hyppodrome

Sunday 22 September 2024 :

7am to 9am : swimming pool training at Stade Aquatique de Vichy

8 am to 12 am : athletic training at Stade Athlétisme du Parc Omnisport

8 am to 9 pm : Opening of the Fan’zone

8 am to 7 pm : opening of the exposition village

7.45 am to 8.15 am : paratriathlon coaches’ run course measurement

9am to 10.40am : Starts - Paratriathlon (in different waves)

11.45 am to 12.15 am : medal ceremony, paratriathlon at the finsih line

12am to 6.30 pm: Starts - AG Standard Distance (in different waves - last start 3.28 pm)

8pm to 11pm : Closing Ceremony (with spectacle-dinner) in the Palais du Lac
