1.Event Registration
All elite athletes and team officials must be registered by your National Federation through World Triathlon entry system.

2.Visa Invitation Letter
If you need visa invitation letter, Please send your passport copy and fill in the Visa Invitation Letter Form which can be download in ‘Documents’, then email it to the follows.

1)All information must be coincident with the Passport.
2)Passport’s Date of Expiry must be at least 6 months ahead.
3)Keep in mind Visa invitation letter is not the same as Chinese visa, you should apply chinese visa after you receive our visa invitation letter.
4)A visa invitation will be provided basing on the information provided,make sure you have been registered this event by your NF through World Triathlon Entry System.

3.Guide on Epidemic Prevention and Control Measures For China-bound Travelers
All China-bound travelers should follow Epidemic Prevention and Control Measures,which published in Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in your Country,such as Pre-boarding Nucleic Acid Test,Health Declaration to China Customs,Boarding Check,Self-protection on the Aircraft,Inspection upon Entry.
After entry into China, you will have to strictly abide by the epidemic prevention and contro requirements of the place where you stay.

We Will provide free Covid-19 test for overseas athletes and team officials after the event incase you need.
