Nathan Benderson Park and the Sarasota-Bradenton area are excited to host the 2020 Sarasota-Bradenton ITU Triathlon World Cup. Nathan Benderson Park offers an incredible opportunity to showcase a world class venue to the triathlon community. The entire course is set in the park which is conveniently located just off of Interstate I-75 in Sarasota, Florida.

The Sarasota-Bradenton ITU Triathlon World Cup is a sprint distance triathlon with a 1 lap 750m swim, followed by a 3 lap 18.3k bike, followed by a 2 lap 5k run.

Transportation will be provided to/from Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) only.

Athlete Transportation: Uber Vouchers

Transportation costs will be covered for athletes and support staff from the Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) to accommodations near Nathan Benderson Park. The LOC will only be covering the costs of rides from SRQ Airport arrivals to hotels and then return trips (departures) back to SRQ Airport. No other transportation costs will be covered. Athletes wishing to take advantage of this transportation must download the Uber app to their Apple or Android cell phone. Once the app is downloaded, the athlete or staff member requesting the Uber ride must click the following links to activate the Uber Voucher which will be added to the user’s Uber account. A PDF is attached with more specific directions.

SRQ Airport arrivals to hotels: https://r.uber.com/lUlzGDVtHR - This voucher is only valid if the starting point (pick up) is SRQ Airport.

SRQ Airport departures (return trips): https://r.uber.com/WzYaQhP1lv - This voucher is only valid if the ending point (drop off) is SRQ Airport.

Please note the following when utilizing our Uber Vouchers for your transportation:
-If you are new to Uber, you will be required to put down your personal credit card information.
-Tip is not included. Any tip you provide will be charged to your personal credit card.
-Vouchers are only valid between 12 a.m. March 16 and 11 p.m. March 24.
-Each voucher can only be used once per Uber account.
-As the average fare between SRQ Airport and hotels near Nathan Benderson Park is around $30 one way, there is a $50 fare maximum per trip. Any fare costs over $50 per trip must be covered by the user.
