Run: 5 km; MTB: 10 km; CC Ski: 8 km;

Run course: One lap

5 km run is one lap.  Consists of approximately 70% groomed ski trails, 30% paved roads. Course is generally mild with some gradual hills.

MTB Course: Two lap

10 km bike course will be two laps and will be 70% groomed ski trails, 30% paved roads. The course is generally mild with some gradual hills.  This is two laps of the run course.

CC Ski Course:

8 km ski course is a moderately challenging two loop course with some technical climbs and descents.  Course is suitable to accommodate both classic and skate skiing styles.
