Got into triathlon after football in 2009. Started doing sprints, moved onto Standards then eventually Iron Distance. Competed at Outlaw Iron Distance in 2013, 2014 & 2015 achieving a best time of 11h 05m in 2015. Swim has always been my weakness so I started concentrating on Duathlon events more from 2016 and qualified for my first AG World Champs in Denmark in 2018.
