Triathlon South Africa invests in Technical Officials Education
Benoni, South Africa
The 2026 Benoni World Triathlon Technical Officials Level 1 Seminar welcomed 5 participants, with a female participation rate of 45%, representing South Africa. This seminar marked the first of two scheduled Level 1 seminars in the region, reinforcing the growth of the Technical Officials Programme in South Africa.

Francavilla al Mare, Italy – ATOEP Seminar
The 2026 Francavilla al Mare Italian Triathlon Federation - World Triathlon Technical Officials Level 1 Seminar (ATOEP) hosted seven (7) participants, with a female participation rate of 57%, all from Italy. The seminar highlighted the integration of young technical officials into the national and international system, providing practical guidance and mentoring from experienced facilitators.
