Background
Triathlon Australia is the governing body for the sport of triathlon in Australia. It is a member of the International Triathlon Union (ITU) and is recognised by the ITU, the Australian Olympic Committee (AOC), the Australian Paralympic Committee (APC) and the Australian Sports Commission (ASC) as the National Federation representing Triathlon. The Triathlon Australia Paratriathlon program is a partnership between Triathlon Australia, the ASC, APC and the AIS. The role of this program is to provide a clear pathway for athletes with a disability to compete at ITU level and the Paralympic Games. The key performance measure for the program is the winning of medals at the Paralympic Games and ITU World Championships.
National Manager - Paratriathlon
With the addition of the Paratriathlon for the Paralympic Games program an exciting opportunity exists to lead the development of a World Class Paratriathlon Program for Triathlon Australia. The primary role of the National Manager - Paratriathlon to ensure that potential international athletes are identified, assessed and provided with suitable camp and daily training environment opportunities, with the goal of ITU and Paralympic Games success
Location: Negotiable
Salary: Dependant on qualification and experience
