From 6 to 9 August, Moscow will become the center of sporting excitement. The festival will bring together the Russian National Championships over the standard distance, “iron” races for Age-group, the FTR Children’s Cup, running events, and a cycling festival!

📍 The start point will be located at the Rowing Canal in Krylatskoye, with the finish line at Luzhniki. Ksenia Shoygu, Head of the Russian Triathlon Federation (FTR), will take part in the official opening ceremony of the Russian National Championships.

🏅National team leaders will compete for medals in the standard-distance championship:

1.5 km swim + 40 km bike + 10 km run.

Schedule:

🔹 August 7: Children’s races, family relay, and 5 km fun run.

🔹 August 8: “Iron” distances (226 km and 113 km), Russian National Championships (women/men), La Strada cycling festival.

🔹 August 9: Mixed relay and “troika” super sprint.
