Russian Triathlon Federation Expands Duathlon Calendar with Flagship Cup and New National Championship

In 2021, the Russian Triathlon Federation organized 10 national Duathlon events, and 26 national and regional competitions are planned for 2022.

The Federation’s flagship Duathlon project is the Cup of 4 Rings, which consists of four stages held at the country’s largest racing circuits:

• Kazanring in the Republic of Tatarstan.

• Nizhny Novgorod Ring in the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

• Smolensk Ring in the Smolensk Region.

• Igora Drive in the Leningrad Region.

In addition, 2022 will see the first-ever National Age Group Duathlon Championship in the history of Russian Triathlon. The event is scheduled to take place at the Triathlon Center in Krasnoyarsk Krai.
