Congratulations to Dr. Jose Luis Echeverry, President of Colombian Triathlon Federation and to all federation members on the prestigious award the federation recently received from the National Congress of the federation government.

The Award, called “The Order of the Congress of Colombia” was given to the Colombian Triathlon Federation for the excellence of their service to the citizens and institutions of the country.  The federation was also recognised through this award for the high standard of event organisation in all of the various formats of the sport and for the contribution to all levels of competition from high performance to recreational.

Dr. Echeverry was also recognised personally in the award for his excellent work for sport in Colombia.
