Following the resolution approved by the World Triathlon Congress in 2025, World Triathlon introduced the Rules of Congress Procedures in the interest of World Triathlon, the Members (National Federations), their respective delegates and the candidates standing for election, that respect for “universal fundamental ethical principles”, one of the foundations of Olympism and the Sports Movement should prevail.
These Election Rules and Procedures are issued to govern the elections for all positions to be elected in World Triathlon.
Elections at the XXXIX World Triathlon Congress will be held for two positions on the Legal & Constitution Committee, with no restrictions, and one position on the Technical Committee, for which a female member is to be elected. The approved candidates are listed below.
