Unfortunately the office of the Macedonian Triathlon Federation was destroyed in a fire on March 5th, 2008. There were no injuries or fatalities but the total damage is estimated at 30,000 EUR.
Coupled with little support from the Macedonian government, the fire has put the federation in an extremely difficult financial position to continue.
