In the winter, he still can be found alpine and cross-country skiing. But his focus since he was eight years old has been on triathlons, following in the footsteps of his dad and siblings. He began using triathlon as a strong cross training for hockey, but quickly chased a new sport career path where he has been making steady progress in both domestic and international racing. He has represented Canada at the 2017-2018 and 2019 Junior World Championships. When not training or competing, Pavlos studies medecine at University of Montreal and enjoys playing music.
