Tilda Månsson, current Junior World Triathlon Champion, claimed the gold medal after just beating another debutant, Jolien Vermeylen (BEL), to the line in Norway’s first World Cup. The bronze medal was awarded to Great Britain’s Kate Waugh, adding a third World Cup medal to her career tally.
