World Triathlon regrets to announce the change of date and location of the upcoming Brasília World Cup, originally scheduled for October 25-26, 2025. This change is due to unforeseen circumstances involving the city’s availability to host the event.

The National Federation of Brazil has informed that during the same period, Brasilia will be hosting a significant national exam for public school teachers. As a result, the city will not be able to accommodate international sporting events, making it impossible to stage the competition as planned.

World Triathlon is working closely with the Brazilian National Federation and local organisers to identify an alternative host city within Brazil. Our goal is to reschedule the event during a similar period, but later in the season, and we will provide detailed plans and updates as soon as they are available.

We appreciate the understanding and ongoing support of all athletes, fans, and stakeholders affected by this change. We remain committed to delivering exciting and competitive events in Brazil as we’ve been doing in previous years. We will provide more details and further information as soon as possible.
