Secretary General of the Russian Triathlon Federation, Zoya Yarosh, would like to invite athletes to Penza for the ETU European U23 and Youth Championships in Penza.

The application and visa registration process is now open and the Federation are delighted with the early applications that have been received.

Yarosh said: 'We will host ETU U23 and Youth Triathlon European Championships in Penza for the first time.

'The race route and the place of residence, the Pure Ponds complex, are located in 20 km from Penza. The hotel is close to the start place and right on the lake beach.

'The local organising committee has started to take the applications from National Federations for visa invitations. We invite you to Penza!'

Please note: The application letter should be addressed to: penzatriathlon2014@gmail.com and marked with 'Visa + the name of the country'. The application should include:

1. Passports scans (first page)
2. The address of the organisation from which the delegation travels
3. The address of the Russian Consulate in your country where you will apply for Russian visa
3. Name and contacts of the person responsible for the visas in your organisation.

The deadline for applications is 14th of May.
