Our Adelaide World Duathlon Youtube video was launched today via our new website www.adelaide2015.org.au 

Adelaide-born media identity Ryan “Fitzy” Fitzgerald is joined by Hawaii Ironman legend, Australia’s Craig ‘Crowie’ Alexander and former ITU Duathlon World Champ, Felicity Sheedy-Ryan.

Our DWC 2015 video highlights the unique Adelaide event location, beautiful beaches, vibrant city, inner-city race course, scenic run course, Australian animals, and local wineries. 
Duathlon is a run followed by a bike followed by a final run.  The ITU Duathlon World Championships will be in Adelaide from 14 to 18 October, 2015.

This will include elite, age group and paratriathlon duathlon, novice and kids duathlons, and community participation events.   
This event will be the biggest-ever duathlon in the southern hemisphere.  The race course will have the City of Adelaide as its backdrop, with scenic views over the River Torrens, Adelaide Oval, and the Adelaide Hills. The race finish will be held at Elder Park, accommodating thousands of spectators.

Our events including the 2014 Australian Duathlon Championships this October will attract over 2,000 competitors from 35 nations.
