There is something that most of us will have received this Christmas; a new diary.

The 2018, ETU Lisbon Triathlon Mixed Relay Club European Championships (for elite/senior and junior clubs) has moved its date from 12th/13th May to later in the season. We can now look forward to a nice end of season trip to Portugal and races on 6th October.

You now have much longer to plan your training and to pick the best teams for this prestigious event.

We have seen two great years of racing in Banyoles, where the Spanish Federation (Federación Española de Triatlón) has really set the standard, with its excellent races. 2018 will see the event move west and to that great city of Lisbon. Click here to see some highlights from last year.

Fast and furious racing over a tight circuit will be available this year to Elite/Senior Clubs and, in order to encourage grass-roots growth at junior level, the ETU Executive Board has agreed to open the championships up to Junior teams.
