World Triathlon

She lost her vision at age 12 following complications during surgery to remove a tumor. She always loved sports as a child, especially endurance sports. She became world champion in the tandem bike time trial at the 2010 World Championships in Quebec, Canada. She has also competed in para-cross country skiing, para-rowing and para-cycling at international level and competed in 3 Paralympic games.
