World Triathlon

A member of the consistently strong Spanish women’s team – first World Cup triathlon was 2001 – finished top 20 at past European Championships – a hero in her native Basque region of Spain, where she has won many local events -Ainhoa’s best performance at a World Championships was in Madeira 2004, where she finished 8th.  She was also a member of the 2004 Olympic team for triathlon.
