Italian born Veronica Yoko Plebani started her para-triathlon career in early 2017 and has had great success. Her debut secured her a gold medal at the 2017 ITA Paratriathlon National Championships and followed on by another gold medal at the 2017 Besancon ITU Paratriathlon World Cup.
Recent Highlights
- 7th place at the 2017 ITU World Triathlon Grand Final Rotterdam;
- 3rd place at the 2017 Iseo - Franciacorta ITU Paratriathlon World Cup;
- 5th place at the 2017 Kitzbühel ETU Triathlon European Championships;
- Winner of the 2017 Besancon ITU Paratriathlon World Cup; and
- Winner of the 2017 ITA Paratriathlon National Championships.
