Training
Hudayriyat Island is the heart of triathlon training in Abu Dhabi, offering facilities for swim, bike, and run - all in one location.
321 Sports is the Official Training Facility for the Multisport World Champs Abu Dhabi, opening their facilities to all athletes during race build-up and race week.
INDOOR TRAINING
Venue: 321 Sports Dome
Location: Next to the Competition Zone at 321 Sports Stadium, Hudayriyat Island.
Facility: The indoor facility will be host to our Athlete Training Zone, in partnership with Sadara Sports and MyWhoosh, we bring together a collaboration of specialist coaches and equipment to ensure that your technique and conditioning is on point for race day. Try out the Vasa Swim Trainers, for top-tier swim training and conditioning. Cycle the Hudayriyat Cycle Tracks in the MyWhoosh Cycle Zone, and get your running miles done on the Sadara Treadmills, all under the 321 airconditioned Dome.
OPEN WATER SWIMMING
Bab Al Najoum Beach – located just next to the swim start, is an open public beach with lifeguards and a 50m stretch for shorter sessions.
Mar Vista / Hudayriyat Beach – Ideal for casual or open-water sessions, offering calm, clear waters and relaxed surroundings.
Marsana Beach
● Also on island, a short walk from the competition village
● Opening times: 10am – 7pm
Marsana East Beach (“Night Beach”) – Floodlit for evening swimming, patrolled by lifeguards until 10 PM (weekdays) and midnight (weekends). Entry fees apply for adults and children (under 5s free).
